ZACK SMITH

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Greetings! I’m Zack, I am a photographer, videographer, designer & illustrator. I was born in Kansas City Missouri and grew up in a small town called Paola Kansas. I currently reside in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Southern Missouri, where my family spent most all of my childhood vacations fishing, hiking, camping, caving, canoeing and more. I lived in San Francisco for over half a decade where I worked full-time as a Medicolegal Death Investigator. I worked just as long in the same field in the Florida Keys, where I also became a divemaster. However, photos, video, design and illustration have always been my muse. I enjoy being able to make people and places look their best. I spend lots of my free time creating my own collection of resources, from scratch, because that’s what makes me happy. I’m into grit, imperfection and grunge. However, I’m also a total sucker for complimentary geometry, straight lines, lots of white space and super clean human interfaces. The juxtaposition brings me joy. I have a very specific style that suits very specific clientele. If you think that could be you, stop by my contact page and shoot me a message!
